stevenallenmay is more than a poet, he's the mastermind of Bardfest99-2002, the first 30 day poetry festival to take place in the USA. He is the assembler of 'Spontaneous Chili', a collection of cybercreated multivoice poems, and "Plastic Sunrise" which will be coming out in 2003 on Plan B Press.

s - a - m is a tireless promoter of poetry, hosting events across eastern PA since 1995 culminating in Bardfest as well as the new 30 day festival to be held in Philadelphia during April 2003; "Poets Among US".

His work has appeared in many zines and e-zines, he was the voice for spoken word band "antijazz conspiracy" (1999-2001), has created 2 multimedia performance pieces, and is currently the host of 'the Eternal NOW!' at Robin's Bookstore in Philadelphia. Recently he began a new poetry troupe with other performance-oriented poets and artists which is currently unnamed...that would last long
